Every seller I talk to eventually asks the same question: Amazon or Noon first? The honest answer is that it depends on category, margins, and how much operational overhead you can realistically take on in the first few months.
Amazon gives you access to a larger, more mature marketplace with stronger logistics infrastructure through FBA, but competition — and advertising costs — are higher. Noon has lower competition in most categories right now and stronger brand visibility for regional sellers, but the customer base and search volume are smaller.
My general approach with clients: start on the platform where your category already has proven demand, get the listings and ad structure right there first, then expand once that channel is profitable on its own. Running both from day one usually just splits your budget and attention too thin to do either well.
